Because each Stargirl Catalog item is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Choosing the wrong phone or device model

• Changing your mind after ordering

• Accidental orders

• Personal preferences regarding color or appearance

• Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

Please carefully review your device model, shipping address, and order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund when applicable.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after they are placed. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an issue with your order.
